Totally great stay for a business trip. Airy and comfy room with exceptionally comfortable beds. Magnificent favourable location, to the famous castles of Bellinzona. Also - near Castelgrande and other highlights and train station and bus stop and Switzerland for many years.

The hotel was little and fairly clean with amicable and nice staff members. Location near to the train station and two castles, and the famous castles of Bellinzona. Also, to tje surroundibg hills😀

lack of air-conditioning

The breakfast was rich and delicious, but the room was so small I literally couldn't turn around in it. To top it off, there was no air-conditioning, completely unacceptable. And honestly, after all that nonsense, I woudl ve been thrilled with a special welcome gift, but apparently, I was just another regular guest.

Stayed at gamper for one night with friends. The standard family room was clean, spacious, and quiet, which we loved. It's conveniently located near the railway station. Breakfast was a highlight-abundant and delicious! The staff were super friendly and gave us the ticino card, a nice touch.
